Once the order verification is over we will ship your item to your shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

Normally all the orders will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours if there is no public holiday in between the dates.

Once the product is shipped, normally it takes five to seven working days to reach the destination; sometimes it might vary due to unpredicted conditions. However you may track the order status from our website by using the order ID which will be given against all the purchases.

All the orders being strictly double checked and dual sealed before the shipping for safe transit. Unfortunately in case if you receive any wrong product or the product is damaged, please contact our customer care section and return the same on its actual condition. Once we received product back, we will send you a fresh unit with no extra cost or you may claim for a refund including your shipping charge.

We do not charge for the orders on or above Rs.999. The rest would have a minimal charge of Rs.50 per order regardless the number of items.

Yes, you will receive a bill for all your purchases and payments including the shipping charge.
