A sweet dish of kerala ,sarkara varatti or jaggery coated banana chips is prepared by immersing deep fried banana pieces into melted jaggery.it is one of the most traditional popular snacks of kerala and also known as 'sarkkara upperi'.Usually it is prepared duringh onam festival season.
